DIANNA & JOHN, DESTINATION: MONTEGO BAY

John and I wanted a less traditional, smaller wedding and decided that a destination ceremony would be the best choice. I had been to the Rose Hall previously and expressed how beautiful a place it would be for a wedding, not knowing that many years later I would choose it as my wedding location.

We were so grateful to have been referred to Susan, the first time we met with her we knew that we were in the best hands. Wedding planning can be stressful and filled with pressure, I certainly did not want to remember my wedding in that way. Thanks to Susan and her team, my wedding trip and day exceeded my expectations.

Our ceremony and reception took place off the resort at the Rose Hall Great House, an old plantation home overlooking the ocean. Susan was attentive to every detail, working with Rose Hall to organize the ceremony, receptions and entertainment. The day of the wedding, she was present from the morning until the wedding festivities were over and everyone was safely back at the hotel. The marriage ceremony and party afterwards were magical and unforgettable.

Susan also helped to arrange two pre-wedding functions at the resort, including a beach party complete with steel drum band, bar on the beach and bonfire. The post-wedding excursion to a local authentic jerk chicken restaurant is still the subject of conversation. She took great care with each part of the process and made great suggestions. Needless to say, our family and friends who attended agreed it was the best wedding they had ever been to. John and I were thrilled with the results of Susan’s planning and we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend her and her team.

FULL PLANNING SERVICE

Our Full Planning Service encompasses every aspect of the wedding planning journey from proposal to the last dance. We design, coordinate, and execute your wedding from start to finish, no detail is overlooked. This includes, but is not limited to, stationery and menu design, production schedules, hand picked venues, top notch vendors, budget and contract management, licensing and permits, legal requirements, and travel coordination.

At your destination, you can take comfort in knowing you have a dedicated wedding planner on-site, helping to ensure the perfect experience for you and your guests.

PARTIAL PLANNING SUPPORT

Partial Planning is designed on an individual basis for couples who do not require full planning or who are working with a local Resort Planner. In the partial planning package, we oversee areas of the wedding planning process with which each couple feels they need the most help.

Advisory Consultation is designed for independent couples who require limited professional direction with vendor recommendations, theme design, product sourcing, budgeting or wedding time lines. This option allows the couple very specific control over where LWW support services would be best utilized and is billed on a hourly basis.
